Let me tell you about my journey from never feeling I had arrived to becoming incredibly fulfilled.
​
I'm living the life I've always aspired to live. I wake up every morning excited about my day ahead. When I'm with my family I am able to be present. I feel alive and that life has purpose while at the same time I'm making a great living.
​
It wasn't always this way...
​
Years ago I was burdened by much of the same stress that you are probably feeling every day. There were many days when I was just surviving. On those days I lacked the energy, enthusiasm, and inspiration to get things done. I knew I could be better, but I didn’t know how.
​
Finally, I came to the realization that I was following in the footsteps of my father, a highly successful, hard working CEO of a fortune 500 company. Doesn't sound like a problem, right? But it was for me. I was working long hours, stressed out constantly, traveling for business and always on call.
​
Remembering Back...
​
I remember the pain I felt in school when my dad didn't make it to my soccer games. I decided I didn't want my son to have the same experience as I did...looking around the bleachers hoping that he'd show up. Leaving the game knowing that he didn't.
​
I told myself I would do things differently. Yet, I found myself running on that proverbial treadmill, climbing the corporate ladder and moving further away from my true self.
​
So I chose a different path.
I left my high paying finance job. I went on an extensive inner growth journey. I attended spiritual retreats, did a vision quest in a search for what made me happy. I wrote and produced an album, became a successful touring musician and traveled the world. This growth journey enabled me to formulate a program and a set of tools to help you so you don't have to leave your job and uproot your entire life to be fulfilled.
We are in a time like no other. We are at the apex of doing things differently whether we like it or not.

I have over 20 years of industry experience starting at well-recognized Wall Street firms, Merrill Lynch and UBS. I also gained deep start-up expertise building a significant business as one of the original employees for Gerson Lehrman Group and more recently at Behavox, a successful AI start-up.
​
Reflecting back on my career, I realized that the source of my number one sense of purpose came from mentoring my team to achieve their highest goals and become unstoppable. As a result, I decided to found Apex Executive Coaching to support people like you to take your career and life to the next level.
​
The Apex Executive Coaching model is the culmination of over two decades of my experience in the Finance and Technology Industries as well as my journey of inner self work.
Now, I find purpose in generously sharing my wisdom and coaching others to win big - both in their careers and in their personal lives.
